2. Data Subject to Processing 2.1 Device Data

During its use, the software necessary for the operation of this App acquires certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
The collected data is processed in a pseudonymized manner, making it impossible to trace the identity of the user operating the App.
This category includes data essential for the operation of the app and the use of its features, such as:

• Device ID: a unique identifier for the device
• Information about the operating system on the device
• Information about the model of the device on which the App is installed

This app uses Google services to collect data about how users interact with it. The raw data, anonymized by Google Analytics, is not associated with individual users but is used for statistical purposes to understand how visitors use the app and to track potential crashes or malfunctions, with the goal of identifying issues that may hinder proper app usage.

2.2 Usage Data

During its normal operation, the App stores certain data in a specific area of the user's phone memory (referred to as the "sandbox").
This category includes:

• Data related to the device's geolocation
• Data related to the time the App is used
• App performance data (logs): this data is stored solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous diagnostic information on the use of the App and to ensure its proper functioning. Logs may be voluntarily shared by the user with the Data Controller via a dedicated function within the App, which enables the transfer of log data from the device to the Data Controller.

3. Purpose of Processing

The data collected by the App is necessary for its proper operation and the use of all its features.
The data collected through Google Analytics is used for statistical purposes only and not for profiling or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention Period

Device data is stored indefinitely.
Data stored in the local memory of the phone is retained until the App is uninstalled. Upon uninstallation, the folder used to store local data is deleted.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Data will not be shared with third parties other than those strictly necessary for the activities described above and with whom the Data Controller has a specific contractual agreement that designates them as Data Processors.

6. Exercising Data Subject Rights

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, as a data subject, you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 21 and Article 13, namely:

• Request access to, rectification or deletion of personal data from the Data Controller
• Request the updating or, where of interest, the integration of data
• Request the anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed
• Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data or object to its processing
• Exercise your right to data portability

Finally, please note that if you believe the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to seek judicial remedy (Article 79 of the Regulation).
